Ecological commitment
Since 2016, we have been working in line with the ecological transition by adopting organic farming. We changed our management methods to convert our land to organic over 5 years, and our estate has been officially certified by the Agriculture Biologic label since 2021. Our vineyard obtained HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in 2019.
The olive grove, which has been untreated for 4 years, produces exceptional olive oil despite low yields. We plant a hectare of flowers to support our bees and have introduced sustainable water management. Every year, you can see sheep grazing in the olive groves and vineyards, helping to maintain the environment. Our commitment to sustainable and organic farming reflects our dedication to preserving the environment and producing high-quality wines sustainably.

Cover the Balade gourmande : from the estate to the tasting room
From Monday to Saturday, explore our 30-hectare wine estate with the “Gourmet Walk”. Follow an educational treasure hunt between vines and olive trees, discover our organic farming method and enjoy an outdoor wine tasting. The visit includes a guided tour of the winery by the winemaker and a tasting of a wine from the estate accompanied by three cocktail pieces.
